Exhibitor fee
$300 USD per table
Registration fee will cover the following costs:
- Delegate admission to full conference programme
- Lunches, teas and coffees for the duration of the conference
- Welcome reception on 17 August 2026
- Conference dinner on 20 August 2026
- Conference delegate Kit
Important Dates:
- Call for papers: 1 January 2026
- Deadline for abstract submission: 31 July 2026
- Deadline for all payments: 31 July 2026
- Conference programme commences: 17 August 2026
