Registration Fees
Standard – $300 USD / R 5 500
Students/Virtual presenters – $ 170 USD / R 3000
Registration fee will cover the following costs:
- Delegate admission to full conference programme
- Lunches, teas and coffees for the duration of the conference
- Welcome reception on 26 August 2025
- Conference dinner on 27 August 2025
- Conference delegate Kit
Important Dates:
- Call for papers: 1 January 2025
- Deadline for abstract submission: 31 July 2025
- Deadline for all payments: 31 July 2025
- Conference programme commences: 26 August 2025
- Conference programme concludes: 28 August 2025
